Send an Outlook Calendar with an Email

If you need to send your boss or colleague a schedule of your activities, you can generate a Web Page to attach to an email:

  1. View your Calendar in Outlook
  2. Click File, then choose: Save as Web Page 
    Save as Web Page Screen
  3. Fill in the following options
  • Enter the desired start and end dates to display
  • Uncheck the “Include appointment details” if you want just the appointment titles to appear
  • Make the Calendar title relevant for the person you are sending it to
  • Do not use spaces within the File name
  1. Click OK – the web page will open and you will be able to view it
  2. Close it when you are done, create your email, attach the file and hit Send!
